  • Final billing period: Your retainer will remain active through the final 30-day notice period. You continue to have full access to your retainer hours and services during this time.

  • Hour rollovers: When upgrading, any rolled-over hours from your previous package will transfer to your new package.

Pricing FAQs

Do retainers roll over?

Unused hours roll over for up to 3 months, then expire. Most clients use all their hours due to California's complexity.

Can I upgrade my package?

Yes! Upgrade anytime. We'll prorate the difference and adjust your hours immediately.

What if I go over my hours?

Additional hours billed at your package rate ($225-275/hour depending on package). Or upgrade to the next tier.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes! 10% discount for annual prepayment on Strategic Bridge, Executive Bridge, and Complete Bridge packages. Non-profit organizations receive 15% discount on Strategic Bridge and above. Note: Bridge Essentials does not qualify for discounts.

What's included in the Compliance Calendar?

Track California employment law changes: minimum wage increases, new laws, PAGA updates, posting deadlines, and training requirements. Included with Strategic Bridge ($5,000/month) and above.

Do you work with companies outside California?

We focus exclusively on California compliance, and our practice is dedicated to California businesses. This allows us to provide deep expertise in PAGA, FEHA, AB 5, and other California-specific requirements that are significantly different from other states.

What is your cancellation policy?

30-day written notice required. To cancel or downgrade your monthly retainer, provide written notice (email accepted) 30 days in advance. Your retainer will remain active through the final 30-day period. Unused hours do not convert to cash refunds. Annual prepayments are non-refundable but transferable to project-based services. No cancellation fees for month-to-month clients.
